日本酒造りの技術を応用して米・米麹・ホップを使用したビールテイストのお酒です。米ももちろん、ホップも青森県産。田子町のホップ農家、田沼さんのリトルスターを贅沢に使用。フルーツは青森県産モモとリンゴを使用。青森を詰め込んだ、まるでFRUIT JUICY IPA！キンキンに冷やして、トマトや旬なフルーツのカプレーゼと合わせるとより美味しく楽しめます。
