這是一款由青森縣適用於清酒釀造的 “吟烏帽子」米釀製而成，精心打磨精米度達到40%。 柔和的甜味和特有的酸度。 透明，飽滿且非常漂亮的一款清酒。 倒入像白葡萄酒杯般的大酒杯，不僅作為冷酒，常溫也非常可口的一款清酒。2019年作為一款新的酒米品種被命名為「吟烏帽子」。
